In Using Windows Swap in FreeBSD I explain how to use the Windows swapfile as extra swap space for FreeBSD. This is a bit out of date now, as vnconfig is now mdconfig, but until I get around to updating it, mdconfig's man page may be of help.
OSBS.flp is an DOS boot disk with OSBS installed on it, since I really like the OSBS boot selector. You can use dd or fdimage.exe to write it out to a floppy disk.
